For this supportive housing project on West 118th Street OCV transformed a patchwork of tenements into one stately building serving homeless women and children.

The project expanded and united three combined, contiguous, buildings under a 6th floor mansard. The addition of a new passenger elevator and a second fire egress allowed for the removal of unsightly fire escapes on the facade.
