Sitting at the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge, the Water Street Condominiums are a luxury new construction. The building was recreated to resemble the Landmarked 19th century warehouse that occupied this Fulton Ferry Historic District site. 

The historic facade rebuild was approved by the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission. A conversion added a three-story stacked addition to the rear of the building. The project created thirteen luxury, two to four bedroom condominiums with spacious terraces and on-site parking. Additionally the building has a ground floor commercial space and just outside is Brooklyn Bridge Park.
