Developed by Phipps Houses, a community-based non-profit organization, this project involved the substantial rehabilitation of a 33-story Section 8 tower and a 14-story Section 8 building.

Tenants remained in occupancy throughout construction, which included:
– mold and asbestos abatement
– replacement of the building envelope with new façade, windows and roof
– apartment interiors with new bathrooms, kitchens, and floor and wall finishes
