This project comprises a group of six New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) owned properties across three boroughs that were redeveloped with Triboro Preservation Partners. Each property received an overhaul that delivered vast improvements to buildings and grounds with minimal disruption to the tenants in place.

In addition to significant interior rehabilitation, an ambitious exterior strategy improved each building’s appearance and performance while creating outdoor places tenants utilize and take pride in.
