OCV was tasked with a substantial structural, mechanical and architectural rehabilitation of this historic residence on Brooklyn Avenue.

Part of the work saw the historic restoration ushered through NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission approval. As a result this beautiful building was restored to its original condition.
