OCV's work designing commercial spaces ranges from small scale offices for community non-profits to corporate headquarters, and from retail spaces and storefronts to light industrial spaces.

OCV's commercial work also spans into hospitality design. We have renovated nightclubs and transformed dilapidated buildings into restaurants, bars, and gathering spaces for community entertainment.
