Vladeck Houses
OCV inspected 1,355 of the 1,775 apartments in order to determine the causative agents behind the structural damages evident at this 1940s public housing development for NYCHA.
We then designed a comprehensive repair program which included repairs to roofing, masonry, plumbing and window systems, updates to interiors and handicap accessibility, and lead and asbestos testing and abatement.
To ensure full and satisfactory compliance OCV was also charged with monitoring the job.
