Vicinitas Hall Supportive Housing

Located in the East Tremont section of the Bronx, Vicinitas Hall is 68 units of affordable and supportive housing for young adults.

The project provides 41 units for those who have aged out of foster care, and 27 units for local, young, working adults, as well as spaces for on-site social services, resident recreational areas both indoor and outdoor, and an independent commercial space at ground level.

High quality interior and exterior finishes were selected for this new masonry wall and concrete-slab building.

This project is funded by the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) and the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD).
