The renovation of a 10,000 square foot community facility for the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), including new roofing and windows, facade restoration, new HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and new fixtures and finishes for gymnasium, arts and crafts room, lunchroom, and administration areas.
