Phipps Plaza South

Developed by Phipps Houses, a community-based non-profit organization, this project involved the substantial rehabilitation of a 33-story Section 8 tower and a 14-story Section 8 building.

Tenants remained in occupancy throughout construction, which included mold and asbestos abatement and replacement of the entire building envelope - façade, windows and roof.

Apartment interiors were renovated with new bathrooms, kitchens, and floor and wall finishes.
