Housing Preservation + Development Rehabs

These concurrent projects funded by the NY Department of Housing Preservation and Development involved the gut renovation of 37 buildings in Bushwick.

The scope of work entailed:
· Structural repairs
· Boiler and HVAC systems replacement
· Plumbing system replacement
· Electrical system replacement
· Bathroom fixtures and piping
· Kitchen cabinets and appliances
· Apartment finishes
· New stairs and public halls
· New doors, windows
· Roofing replacement

Among the services OCV provided are site survey, scope of work and cost estimate development, construction documents, all agency approvals, contractor bid negotiations, construction monitoring, contractor payment approval and project close out.
