For this project OCV simultaneously rehabilitated 316 apartments in 11 occupied buildings across three residential housing communities in the Northwest Bronx.

Scope of work included:
· Structural repairs
· Masonry restoration
· Window replacement
· Roofing replacement
· Boiler replacement
· Plumbing system replacement
· Electrical wiring and fixture replacement
· Energy efficient lighting
· New bathroom fixtures and finishes
· New kitchen cabinets
· Apartment floor and wall finishes
· Site improvements

Among the services OCV provided are site survey and capital needs assessment, scope of work/cost estimate development, construction documents, all agency approvals, contractor bid negotiations, construction monitoring, contractor payment approval and project close out.
